| The Management Services Department has two primary functions. First, the Management Services Department is responsible for planning, purchasing, installation and maintenance of all existing and future computer systems in all county departments. Secondly, all purchasing of similar equipment shall be done through the Department of Management Services and shall follow the uniform bid process approved by the county board In addition the Zoning and Economic Development offices report to the Management Services Administrator. The office is located in the Whiteside County Courthouse. |
